Online store credit card issue
HI, i'm trying to purchase form the online store. I have a Maestro card, and the problem i have is that it asks for a Card Issue which my card does not have. It has valid from/to but no card issue. Any help?

Maybe it's not a supported card?

Used a Maestro card twice today in-store (once for my account, once for boyfriend's).
All Maestro cards I've ever owned have had an Issue Number. The one I used today has an Issue Number and an expiry date, but not a 'valid from' date. A number of online stores tell you to put a zero if you do not have an Issue Number - have you tried that, or will it allow you to leave it blank? |

Unfortunately some Maestro cards (i.e. Bank of Ireland) don't conform to the issue number standard. I'd try yeah_hi's suggestion of using a zero. If that doesn't work, trying putting in zeros to fill the field. If there's space for 3 digits, put in 3 zeros.
